BiteRite is the product of Taylor Ryans dedication to providing a convenient and dynamic mobile application. Taylor Ryan is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) & Accredited Sports Dietitian. Taylor’s experience stems within the sports performance realm, where she predominately works with strength and conditioning athletes from recreational to elite standards (particularly within CrossFit, powerlifting and weightlifting fields).

Taylor’s passion for performance-based sports nutrition developed from her personal experience in Olympic weightlifting where she competed nationally, within a specific weight class category. It is at this time that she learnt that being mindful of nutritional choices plays an integral role in any health and fitness goal achievement. As a result, Taylor’s experience allows her to appreciate and understand the challenges her athletes and clientele may experience. Taylor’s personal experiences as a weightlifter and CrossFit coach have led her to understand first-hand the pivotal role that nutrition plays in performance enhancement, body composition, injury prevention and management.

Her goals as an Accredited Sports Dietitian and Coach is to ensure her clients are achieving their results from both a physical and emotional standpoint. Nutrition is far more complicated than just the foods we eat. It can affect our mood, our hormones, our metabolism, our sleep – the list goes on! You need to understand how it affects your body and how it will affect you.

It goes hand in hand with that saying “to eat is a necessity, but to eat intelligently is an art.”

Remember any goal is achievable, such as wanting to lose weight to being the next national champion. It’s about being the best version of yourself physically and mentally – because the harder you work for something, the greater it will feel to achieve it.

Dani is a Certified Nutritionist, with a passion for all things health and nutrition. Dani has 3 beautiful young boys that have caused her to experience changes in her body and led to changes to support her lifestyle goals. Dani understands the constraints that are put on parents and has valuable knowledge around instilling sustainable eating and lifestyle habits, to support healthy weight loss allowing individuals to have confidence in themselves. She is living proof that these goals are achievable if given the right education and nutrition strategies to implement.

As you can see Dani’s passion for all things nutrition came from her personal experiences and has lead her down the path of becoming an Accredited Nutritionist.
